Every night I go to sleep feeling like Jimmy Johnson giggling after a couple of drafts where he built the Dallas Cowboy dynasty of the 1990’s. In a depressed industry it’s easier to find the best of the best operators priced significantly out of the money.

New ADHD / FOMO speculators were added more jet fuel during the Cerveza fraud to encourage a final blow off in Ponzi tech. No strategic systems analysis of essential business nor commodities required by mankind away from the meta-verse.

The distortions past summer 2022 were a gift from god to continue to allocate new capital. I’ve seen 10-20x accounts move when concentrated in a class where a bidding war starts. What’s compelling about gold is the coming bull market is run on pure greed > Physical DEMAND is built upon FEAR > Loss of Generational Capital.

Most of society in North America is still in a Trance. The next leg will be led by institutional investors looking at PURE DATA> Not on THE RADAR of those buying toxic high fructose corn syrup or chemical ‘energy’ drinks at Chevron.

Could have stated “Thanks, should be ok. In 2-3 years I can probably live off one property in a town on par with Del Mar and sleep in my other ocean view home.” Many could say this but do not own assets 100% with positive cash flow  xsituation net of taxes / expenses.

On a comeback the natural sense of pride may lead some to chasing virtues in cubicles > transaction based businesses.

Why not live in 2 hemispheres owning small inviting cash flow businesses?

Broke on Thru the other side. Nothing I was doing in my early years contributed to mankind. No purpose.
